How quickly will someone get back to me?

During business hours (Mon–Sun, 9am–6pm), we aim to respond within 2 hours. WhatsApp enquiries are typically answered within 30 minutes. Evening messages will be picked up first thing the following morning.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Yes — our Raffles Place HQ and Orchard Branch welcome walk-ins during opening hours. For our East Coast office, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure the right advisor is available for you.

I'm overseas — can I still get help?

Absolutely. We regularly assist international buyers, expats relocating across Europe, and overseas investors. Video consultations via Zoom or Teams are available at no extra cost, and we can handle the entire transaction process remotely.

Is there a fee for initial consultations?

No. Initial consultations are completely free and carry no obligation. We charge commission only upon successful completion of a transaction, and our fee structure is fully transparent from the first conversation.
